A ROYAL BACKGROUND FOR JIL SANDER

Place des Victoires is located in the heart of Paris, at the crossroads of the Sentier, Bourse, Halles and Louvre districts.

Built between 1685 and 1686 to celebrate the victoires of Louis XIV, this place is today a main fashion spot and has inspired many places in France due to its circular architecture.

Place des Victoires is one of the five royal squares in Paris.

Could be these the reasons why Jil Sander chose this square as a historical and relevant spot for their/its Out-of-Home campaign?

The square is calm and graceful as the campaign itself.
